My name is Virginia Gontika and I am a Utah based landscape photographer with a passion for desert landscapes and the study of the Colorado Plateau.
My Story
My journey with photography started the moment I picked up a camera but my love for the desert started long before that. As a teenager I first visited the Colorado Plateau and was absolutely blown away but the textures and colors of the desert. As I kept exploring my love grew, I've never come across a region with so much diversity and beauty before. My mission is to capture the stunning landscapes of the desert and bring them to you as well as educating on the incredible wonders of the Colorado Plateau.
